I started my Etsy shop in 2015 as a hobby selling shirts, seating charts and baked goods. My shop became a micro business when I developed my niche and focused on my target market in 2016. I took a break in 2018 and didn’t actively sell. In March 2020, I had 200 total sales. In May 2020, I introduced digital products, which took my business to the next level. After “cracking the code,” my shop now has over 3,000 sales (2,900 sales in 9 months) with a 6,300% YOY revenue increase. In September 2020, I started a pop-up Etsy shop that reached 966 sales in 5 months.
